DZH biomass fired moving grate steam boiler is single drum boiler
with both water tube and fire tube, the combustion equipment is
moving grate. Water wall tubes at left and right sides of furnace
are the radiated heating area. the two wings at furnace and
spirally corrugated tubes in the drum are convection heating area.
This coal fired moving grate boiler uses the upper drum, water wall
tube and head are in symmetrical arrangement mode. The furnace
structure is in reasonable arrangement to achieve high efficiency.
This moving grate boiler adopts several environmental protect
measures (bag dust collector, double towers desulfurization, etc.)
to meet the national emission requirement.
Structure
Combustion process:
The fuel enters the furnace and burns on the grate. The flue gas
from the production enters the convection tube bundle on both wings
along the bottom of the boiler barrel through the smoke outlet on
the middle partition wall, enters the threaded smoke pipe through
the front smoke box, passes through the dust collector, and is
pumped and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney by
the induced draft fan.

Remarks: The fuel consumption in above table are counted the low
calorific value of biomass pellet as 17084 KJ/Kg (4085Kcal/Kg), if
the low calorific value of actual biomass fuels is bigger than
this, the corresponding fuel consumption will more save than above
data in table.
Automatic control and fault protection features
Boiler steam pressure automatic regulation system: boiler steam
pressure automatic regulation system control system into the state
of work, to meet the necessary conditions of combustion: boiler
steam pressure is higher than or equal to the set pressure limit,
the control system output stop signal.Until the induced draft fan
is stopped.
Water supply automatic control: when the system is working or
normal, start the water pump, the water pump will work, the water
level differential pressure transmitter will detect the water level
signal and keep the water level of the drum stable.Ensure the
quality of steam.The water level gauge shows the boiler water
level.
Manual control: you can also manually control the water pump by
touching the button manually on the control panel.
