General Introduction
This horizontal steam boiler is skid-mounted boiler, three return
fire tube boiler.The high temperature flue gas flushes the second
and third return flue gas pipes in turn, and then is discharged
into the atmosphere through the chimney from the rear flue gas
chamber.The boiler is equipped with movable front and rear smoke
box covers, so that the boiler maintenance is convenient.industrial

Boiler Features
1. The design, production, supervision and inspection of boilers
are strictly in accordance with the Safety Supervision Regulations
for Steam Boilers, JB/T 10094-2002 General Technical Conditions for
Industrial Boilers, and JB/T 1619-2002 Technical Conditions for
Boiler Body Manufacturing, so as to ensure long-term safety and
stability of boilers.
2, the body for the pot shell type full wet back downstream three
return firework tube structure, the flame in the large combustion
chamber micro positive pressure combustion, complete extension, low
burning heat load, less NOx emission of harmful substances.
3, corrugated furnace and threaded pipe structure, that is, to

Details of skid-mounted packaged steam boiler
Free-Installation
Before the shipment, complete boiler system is well skid-mounted on
the basement, also we have done the pipe(valves) connection and
wire connection. After receiving the boiler, no need installation/
assembly. Just join the boiler to water/ gas/ electricity.
Comparing with other traditional boilers in the market, our boiler
does save lots of cost/ energy/ time in installation. The
additional, the entire boiler system is portable.

1. What are the available fuel for the oil gas fired boiler?
Oil gas fired boiler could burn both liquid fuel and gaseous fuel.
The liquid fuel could be heavy oil, light oil, diesel, furnace oil,
bunker oil, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), etc. The gaseous fuel
could be natural gas, city gas, bio-gas, etc.
2. Whether the boiler can burn dual fuel or multi-fuel?
boiler have oil burner, gas burner, and oil&gas dual fuel
burner, we can offer the specific burner based on customers’
requirement.
3. What is the thickness of combustion chamber?
the thickness of corrugated furnace is different based on working
pressure and furnace diameter, generally, the thickness is between
10~18mm, large combustion space, and combustion sufficient.
4. What is the inlet pressure of gas burner?
The inlet gas pressure is different for different capacity boiler,
for example, the pressure for 2 ton steam capacity boiler is about
8~10KPa, while for 4 ton steam capacity boiler is about 18~20KPa.
